Making the shift to taking your business to a level where you can deal with its challenges in a pro-active way instead of being re-active is crucial, so that when the next elephant shows up (and they will in any business) you will have the tools and confidence to face them head-on.

The first step will be to discuss what your hidden elephants are – more often that not, they are really hiding in plain sight, but simply acknowledging the challenges you are facing by “saying it out loud” will allow the team members involved in the process to take ownership of them in a positive way. Once we have put a spotlight on your elephants, we can now move forward to discussing the impact they have on your organization and what needs to change. Together, we will be creating an action plan and accountability program. These steps can be implemented either in one-on-one coaching sessions or by involving parts or all of your team in larger brainstorming and training sessions.
